GÅRD est un restaurant aux racines bien ancrées dans les traditions de la cuisine Scandinave. Nous commençons avec les différents ingrédients du chaque saison. Chaque restaurants est libre d’adapter leur cuisine avec les produits locaux.

Dans notre cuisine Scandinave, nous avons créé un menu qui plaît à tous, et qui vous permet de partager un agréable moment entre amis ou en famille. Vous trouverez des plats avec différentes saveurs et toujours un large choix de viandes, fruits de mer, poissons et desserts. Et une grande attention est portée sur les produits de saisons pour qu’ils reflètent au mieux le printemps, l’été, l’automne, ou l’hiver.
